We are a team of dedicated professionals, ready to do what ever it takes to ensure our medical marijuana dispensaries are the very best in Illinois.
Formerly Founder and Managing Partner at iGenMedia - Hugo has successfully managed projects and held marketing, technical and Senior level Management positions at Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Arthur Andersen (now Accenture) and Compuware. He has extensive experience in delivering complex business solutions and implementing successful Internet marketing strategies for businesses of all sizes. Hugo received his bachelor’s degree in computer science (CS) and economics from Indiana State University.
Hugo is also the Founder and CEO of the United Paralysis Foundation (a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit charity. A charity which he founded after his wife suffered a rare neurological condition that left her paralyzed from the chest down. The United Paralysis Foundation seeks to find and fund a cure for paralysis and spinal cord injuries.
Formerly Managing Partner at iGenMedia. Traci is the co-founder of iGenMedia and is responsible for operations and large client engagements. Prior to iGen, Traci has had several technical and managerial roles at fortune 500 and 1000 companies. She has led technical and business teams at Arthur Andersen (now Accenture), Platinum Technology, IBM / Cognos and most recently was the Director of Development at Tribune Company.
Throughout her career Traci has excelled at various roles and twice received Employee of the Year awards for her technical and business contributions. She holds Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification and received her bachelor’s degree in information and decision sciences from the University of Illinois.
After becoming paralyzed in 2008, Traci co-founded the United Paralysis Foundation a recognized 501(c) 3 charity and has worked as an advocate raising and contributing monies for the purpose of finding a cure for neurological conditions that result in Paralysis.
Robert Livas is a retired Will County Circuit Judge here he served as the Director of the Felony Division. Judge Livas started his career as a Chicago school teacher in the Englewood area and then worked his way through John Marshall Law School as a Chicago police office in Cabrini Green.
He has been both a prosecutor and defense attorney in Will County, was a union steward in the United Auto Workers and has owned and operated two successful businesses in Dupage County, Naperville area and Will County, Plainfield area. He is the only Judge in Will County to be named Judge of the Year by the Illinois State Crime Commission. Judge Livas holds a BA in History from the University of Illinois and a JD from John Marshall Law School.
